Hi friend!

Welcome back to Tales of Grace and another Abide Monday!

Yesterday, as I sat down to plan my budget for the month, I felt a wave of overwhelm settle over me. There’s so much I want to do, so many dreams and responsibilities pulling at my heart, yet my finances don’t seem to stretch far enough. Have you ever felt that way?

In that moment, I was reminded of Philippians 4:19:

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.”

What a promise. It doesn’t say some of our needs or only when we have everything figured out. It says all. And not according to our limited resources, but according to His riches in glory. That truth settled my heart. Because no matter how uncertain things feel, God is our ultimate provider. He sees our needs, He knows our hearts, and He is always faithful.

I know month-end can be stressful. Bills, obligations, and unexpected expenses can weigh heavy on our minds. But my prayer for us today is that we would rest in the assurance that God is our source. He will provide—not just enough, but abundantly, in ways we can’t even imagine.

Let’s pray:

Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding me today that You are my provider. When I feel overwhelmed, help me trust in Your faithfulness. I surrender my finances to You, asking for wisdom to steward them well. Teach me to rely on You, not just in times of lack, but in every season. I pray for peace over my heart and provision over every need. May Your blessings overflow, and may I always remember that You are enough. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

May your heart find peace this week, knowing that He holds you and your every need in His hands.
