Today, I have something special to share, and I can hardly contain my excitement. As part of the Redefining Healing Series, I’m introducing the Loved Beyond Measure journal—a project born from my own journey of discovering healing and truth.

Now, you might be wondering, why a journal? And how does it connect to healing? Great questions! This journal isn’t just a notebook or a random collection of pages. It’s a tool crafted from the heart, shaped by the very lessons God has walked me through.

For so many years, I carried the weight of lies. Lies that said I wasn’t good enough. The lies that tied my worth to my mistakes and failures. I questioned whether God’s love for me was real. These whispers stole my confidence and left me living in shadows, far from the truth of who God says I am.

But then God stepped in, and everything changed. Through His Word, He began rewriting my story. He replaced those lies with His promises, showing me His love isn’t just for everyone else—it’s for me, personally and intimately. His grace is limitless, His love unconditional.

In the midst of this journey, I discovered journaling. Sitting down with a pen and paper became a sacred space for reflection, prayer, and truth-telling. Journaling helped me confront the lies, process my pain, and anchor myself in God’s truth. It gave me the courage to step out of the shadows and into the light of His grace.

That’s why I created the Loved Beyond Measure journal. It’s not just pages—it’s a sanctuary. A place for you to meet with God, pour out your heart, and let His truth wash over you. It’s designed to guide you, inspire you, and remind you daily that you are His beloved—worthy of love, grace, and healing.
